Dear Parent / Guardian,
The School Aged Immunisation Service recently visited your child’s school to offer the annual flu vaccination. If your child missed this opportunity to be vaccinated and you would like your child to receive the vaccine, please contact the School Aged Immunisation Service to book an appointment at one of our community catch up clinics.
