If there any other people out there that would like to play you are very welcome. The 100 club is a specific fund-raising mechanism to help the school with additional costs for sport. We have set up a lottery scheme approved by the gaming act and we raise money for team teas, additional coaching, sports travel etc.
How It works:
Players complete a standing order for £5 per month (less than half a beer a week) and send this into the school we allocate a lottery number and forward details to the bank - once this has been set up each month we use a random number generation system on the computer and award prizes to the top two numbers - 1st place wins 20% of the monthly take and 2nd place wins 10%.
At present we have sixty players but our target is a hundred - we are currently paying out £60 each month to the winner and £30 to second place so it's already worth winning and a vital help in delivering our sports programme.
Sport at NSB is very strong and to maintain that we have to play better schools farther afield and that all means more costs - the 100 club directly helps us with this.
Anybody out there that would like to play can either - contact me at the school or simply print off the standing order and application form from this website - click on School Development Fund on our home page and then click NSB Sport 100 Club to access info and forms.
We really need your help reach our target of 100 players so we would be really pleased to welcome you aboard - if you have any questions again please contact me.
