Northampton School will have specialisms in the Performing Arts (Dance/Drama/Music) and Sports with 10% of places (a total of 21) allocated to students demonstrating the highest levels of aptitude in these areas. If parents/carers believe their child has an aptitude for Sport or Performing Arts, there is an opportunity for applicants to take an optional aptitude test prior to the application deadline. There are 21 places in total available for aptitude across the two specialisms, 9 places for Sport and 4 places for each of Dance, Drama and Music.

Aptitude Test Information for each of the tests can be found via the links on the right-hand side of this page - please note that these tests are not a compulsory part of the admissions process and parents/carers are strongly advised to read the information before applying for an aptitude test. Places are bookable via Eventbrite from a link on these webpages.

The Aptitude Tests will be held in the New Year on the dates indicated below and no further Aptitude Tests will be held after these dates.
