Year 12 NSB student Edward Jennings has been selected onto the long list for the UK Young Drummer of the Year. This is the fifth year in a row he has got through to the long list of 40 young drummers under the age of 17.

The challenge of taking twenty-two students to a city, which excites and stimulates their minds, was met by our residential trip to New York during half-term. The excitement was clearly visible at our 6.00am start on the Sunday 27th October morning and this continued throughout the trip.
On 23rd October, the GCSE History students visited Kenilworth Castle, near Coventry. By visiting the castle, we were able to combine the studies we have completed as part of our course, along with experiencing the atmosphere and grandeur of the castle itself.
