Please read the letter below from the School Aged Immunisation Service regarding the Covid vaccination programme, including the link to the on-line e-consent form.
If your child meets the criteria to receive the Covid vaccination, as detailed in the letter, please complete the on-line e-consent form as soon as possible before the deadline of Monday 31st January 2022.
