If your son or daughter is ill, and will not be attending school, you must report their absence by telephoning our dedicated absence line: 01604 258691.
You will go through to a voicemail where you must leave the following information:

• Your son / daughter’s name
• Your son / daughter’s Year and Form Group
• A brief reason for their absence from school
• Your name and telephone number in case we need to contact you

Please telephone on the first day of absence and then every subsequent day of absence.

If you experience any difficulty with this number please telephone our Main Reception: 01604 230240 and you will be transferred to this absence line.
